Robert Mossberg, now of Mossberg Business Services (MBS) leads our real estate and mortgage loan divisions: a fully licensed California Real Estate Broker and nationally licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with nearly 30 years’ experience in the transfer and finance of property interests. With buyers and sellers, I listen to their needs and wants. They look for every detail, I know the latest sales comparables’ and use a brokers appraisal assessment on each property. I enjoy a strong relationships with other agents; the mutual respect they share is key to a successful close of escrow without last minute surprises. I have closed many escrows on single and multifamily investment residences, including commercial on-going business concerns.
My mortgage expertise extends from securing Federal Fannie Mae multiple housing project loan approval for investment firms to a small raw land ownership transfer. I am willing to work 24/7 I have my phone on all the time, even if I am out, I’ll answer it any time, other than dinner time, when everyone should put it away. Knowing you have the expertise and work commitment from MBS to be watching and auditing the entire escrow from property selection, purchase contract, meeting regulations and to the very last day the title company records the transfer with the county clerk, you’ll be relieved that our fiduciary duties were fully met.
